To create levels for different employee groups and subgroups in SAP HR, follow these steps:
1. Go to Personnel Administration work center > Organization Management > Position Organizer.
2. Choose Create and select Level as the type of organizational unit.
3. Enter a name and number for the level and assign it to an existing position or create a new one.
4. Define the characteristics of the level, such as minimum and maximum salary ranges, working hours, and job duties.
5. Assign the level to the appropriate employee group or subgroup.
