What is the difference between hdam and hidam databases?
Answer Posted / Pratibha Gangwar
HDAM (Hardware-Assisted Data Management) and HIDAM (Hardware-Independent Data Access Method) are two types of database management systems in IBM mainframe systems. HDAM uses hardware to manage data and provides higher performance, while HIDAM is more flexible and can be used across different hardware platforms.
