Load Plans in ODI are used to schedule, monitor, and manage data loads. There are two types of Load Plans: Synchronous Load Plan (SLP) and Asynchronous Load Plan (ALP). An SLP executes each interface one after the other, while an ALP allows for parallel execution of multiple interfaces.
