To clarify, I'd like to provide you with the correct steps for transferring an incorrect payment from TDS 94C account to TDS 94J:
1. Fill out the form for transfer of credit or debit between two accounts under TDS (Form No. 26Q). You can download it from the Income Tax Department's official website.
2. Attach proof of payment showing the incorrect transaction details to the form.
3. Submit the filled-out form and necessary documents to the Income Tax Department or an authorized bank branch.
