How increasing threshold voltage can affect on current in transistor?
Answer Posted / Siddharth Chaudhary
Increasing the threshold voltage (Vt) of a transistor causes a decrease in the current flowing through it. This is because an increase in Vt makes it harder for the base-emitter junction to be forward biased, resulting in less current flow from the emitter to the collector.
