The Boolean AND function can be computed using a linear threshold element (LTE) by setting the weighted sum of inputs equal to a threshold. If all inputs are 1, the output will be 1; otherwise, it will be 0. The Boolean OR function can be computed by taking the negation of the AND function's result.
