Accutase is a commercially available cell dissociation solution. Its composition includes calcium and magnesium chelators (EDTA, EGTA), protease inhibitors (aprotinin, soybean trypsin inhibitor), and collagenase/hyaluronidase enzymes that help detach cells from the extracellular matrix.
