What are incoterms? Where do we fix them? Where do you find in regular process?
Answer Posted / Rishabh Khanna
Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) are a set of standardized rules that define the responsibilities and obligations between buyers and sellers for international sales contracts. They cover aspects such as delivery, transportation, insurance, customs formalities, and payment terms. In SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), you can define Incoterms in the Sales Order Management module under Sales Area and Sales Office settings. During a regular sales process, the selected Incoterms will determine the responsibilities and obligations for each transaction.
