In SAP, there is no built-in Recycle Bin feature for transaction codes or custom objects like categories. However, you can implement a custom solution to recover deleted custom objects. Here's a general step-by-step approach:

1. Install the Customizing Project System (CPS) if not already installed.
2. Create a new customizing project and assign it to the required client.
3. Create a custom object type for your category in the Customizing Project.
4. Use the ABAP Workbench to create a program that retrieves deleted categories from the database by querying the relevant tables (such as OTAR, OTAB, OTLT).
5. Restore the deleted category data using the ABAP program and save it back into the relevant tables.
