in the lcmv what type of effect onm the mhc class i molecule
Answer Posted / Vikash Kumar Sinha
LCMV (Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis Virus) is a virus that primarily infects rodents and humans. In MHC Class I molecules, viral peptides are presented to CD8+ T-cells for recognition and elimination by the immune system. When an LCMV-infected cell displays its own viral peptide bound to MHC Class I molecule on its surface, it can be recognized and destroyed by virus-specific CD8+ T-cells.
