Cutting length=Clear Span+Ld(development length)+Inclined length-2*45 degree bend
clear span=length of span
Ld=40D
D=Slab thickness-2*Clear cover-dia of steel bar
Inclined length=0.42d
d=dia of steel bar
45degree=1*d
