If factor 1 contains no entry, the DELET operation deletes the current record (the last record retrieved). The record must have been locked by a previous input operation (for example, CHAIN or READ).

Assume 2 users are using the same file and first user updates some record in the file. Will the 2nd user will be able to see the updated record or not?
