The contract law has stated that offer and acceptance are two important element for enforcement. In other words only offer and only acceptance has no meaning i.e an offer without acceptance is valueless and an acceptance without offer is vague. A lighted match and gunpowder forming a sound. A lighted match without gunpowder become valueless when time passed out. The combination of two will brusted out. So, it is stated that acceptance to the offer is to what a lighted match to the train of gunpowder.
