Our body has a way of managing the body temperatures,So when wearing a jersey the heart produced by the body it is kept constant and our body heat circulate between a jersey and your body so a jersey act as a shield against the cold air to enter through your skin.For example if you wear a jersey on summer there will be a too much concentration of heat between your body and your jersey.cool air cannot enter and warm is ensnared in between
