We have to cover all regions like Acidic ,Basic and Nutrel medium in pH thatsy we use 1.68,4.01,7.00 ,9.0012.45 for 5 point calibration and there is another method for pH calibration that is 3 point calibration in this we use 4.00,7.00and9.20 buffers overall concept is to cover all regions in pH calibration
