If the holder of 80CC dies within 5 years, can his wife/successor claim the amount by producing death certificate to the bank . She may be 2nd holder of the bank account or nominee

Looks logical that the amount deposited in 80CC be allowed to be claimed by the successor within 5 years as the Holder id NO MORE.
