Different companies have different titles and job duties, smaller business usually only have 1 HR person who does everything, or maybe only a few things and the other areas are outsourced

Hi , I am a graduated in science at the year of 2006 & have started my professional career from that year as an HR personnel and still working. I have also got a bit of sales experiences in between this. Currently I am doing PGD in HRM from ICFAI & has done a Management Development Programme from IIM(Indian Institute of Management). I want to know if I do B Sc and MBA simultaneously whether it will be acceptable by organization (private / public) while I try for job opportunities. Or will they reject saying simultaneous graduation is not acceptable as I have seen organization asking for 12+3+2 years for qualification. I had previously done BA (2 years) then MCA (2 years).
