Is it necessary to inject three replicate for accuracy in AMV.
Answer Posted / s chatterjee
Your method's range is where the method is precise /accurate and repeatable.
By three injections you are generating a % RSD and this is usually given < 2.0 % for assay.
3 injection is necessary to prove repeatability of the test method at 50 % and 150 % accuracy concentration so that the range can be derived with confidence.
