Good evening every one My name is Rony.
I would like to tell you About my daily routine.
I get up early mornig 7 O Clock , then i go to bathroom wash my fash & brush my teeth & bath.then take a breakfast & get ready for office, reached at office 9:30 do all works which are regular to do . at 6:30 leave at office for join american classes, after attending class go to home ,fresh my face & take a dinner & watch movie sometime and go to sleep.

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? Also if they will do this , do i need to tell in my new job interviews about the offer letter which i got from wipro? If not , then how i can i explain my gap
