The reasons why I left my previous job, because my employers won't give us career growth, benefits and other perks. And there's no way to get regularized from within because of strict policies but that's okay. The management is poor and the work environment is not well maintained for example no ventilation system in the production area. We rarely have days off and we used to work on holidays but we're not getting much of additionalssalaries or we are underpaid. These are the reasons for my leaving from that old company that I used to work for. Now I want to work in this company first of all I've been searched for company's services, products, the job openings, your mission and vision and your future plans in for an out reach program to the community which I am very interested. The customer service provider is the position that I chose that I think it matches my criteria to be an agent. I have good communication skills and have knowledge about computers and troubleshooting and all of these areas required me to qualify. Your company offers awesome benefits that everyone can have that in other companies can't give. I'm willing to join in your company's future plans for our career growth and advancement to be more professional and always focusing on the commitment. I'm willing to interact with our people andto our customers which it makes me more exciting and I'm passionate about it. I think this is a good company to work for, it has awesome benefits, good work environment, friendly management and with positive thinking of the future. That's all.

First round was HR round. The questions asked were: Tell me about yourself? Where were u born and brought up? I'l give u a sentence like a "walk in the park" or "walk in the vegetable market". Now frame a short story around it. Next was aptitude round, where 1 logical question such as "A works not in mangalore, not in mysore. B works in Mysore and not in mangalore, not in bangalore. C works in Mangalore. Then where does A work?" The rest were simple english questions and a passage was given and some questions asked from it. Next was technical round. The questions asked were: What is an IP address? What are the different types of networks(A,B,C,D,E) Can u tell me the address range of A,B,C,D,E networks? Why do we use these different networks? What is static Ip address? What is Dynamic IP address? How do we find out the IP address from your computer? What is the use of DNS? Next was OPS round. The questions asked were: Tell me more about yourself. What are ur expectations from the job? Describe success in terms of job? What is ur ideal job? Are u comfortable to work in night shifts? Sometimes a person younger to u might be in a better position. Are u comfortable taking directions from him? What is ur expected salary? If the software sector booms, Would u change ur job?
