what is the meaning of the HT LT transformer?
Answer Posted / md ghouse adil meeran
We often come across the terms HT, LT, HV & LV in electric power systems and devices.
HT = High Tension starts from 3kv
LT = Low Tension
HV = High Voltage (almost like HT, usaully 1000V also calls High Voltage)
LV = Low Voltage (almost like LT)
these abrivations use all over the world for respective voltages.
