Woolen clothes are fibrous and so they have more surface area than any other kind of clothes. When they come in contact of our skin, they got oppositely charged due to friction. And when they meet with the opposite charges, This is accompanied with a release of heat and this heat is trapped in woolen clothes as woolen clothes are bad conductor of heat. And this heat is feel as warmth...
