k2cr2o7 in H2So4 can give more maximum in the UV-VIS region,(at 235,257,313,350,430nm)so that we can check the whole UV-VIS region with a single run.
k2cr2o7 itself is stable and available in high purity. In dilute perchloric acid solution,it has a linear response with temperature.
