Deviation:we are not follow the actual procedure like sop/procedure etc.. is called deviation.deviations are two types one is planned deviation second one is unplanned deviation.unplanned deviations are two types one is critical deviation and non-critical deviation.
critical deviation:impact on quality,yield purity
non critical deviation:not impact on quality,yield and purity.
Change Control:any change in the manufacturing site.
change control are two types permanent change control temperature change control.
