How to Select a Transformer Rating ?
Answer Posted / biyanka bohra
Transformer's rating is always shown in kva instead of kw because there is no phase difference between current and voltage. it is multiple of primary current and primary voltage for single phase transformer and √3*V*I for three phase transformer
