Users are complaining that the SAP system shows a hour glass for a long time at the time of logon and they aren't able to log on to the system and users logged on are complaining of long delays going from t-code to t-code. How can you troubleshoot this problem if you can�t get to SM50 or SM66 or even logon? Why is this?

hi ,
please correct me if iam wrong,
from the above scenario,
step1: try checking in sap mmc wp table,in linux machines use command dpmon=profile path. if wp are avaialbe then no issues.
step2: check at OS level file system is full or not,and also check oraarch directory.
step3: check tablespaces is free or not.
step4: wheter any DEBUG is running in the server.
step5: at last check connectivity issues (internet)
