What is SHRINKAGE and ATTRITION..?
If anyone knows please let me know..!

Shrinkage means apsentisim and leave taken by agents.
There is two type of shrinkage, on is planned and another is unplanned.
Planned-No of leave taken by agents from team HC
Formulae-No of leave/Total team HC*100
Ex-4(No of leave)/20(Team HC)*100=20%
Unplanned-No of apsent against total team HC
Formulae-No of apsent/Total team HC*100
Ex-2(No of apsent)/20(Team HC)*100=10%
Shrinakge-Planned+Unplanned
i,e-20%+10%=30%
Attrition-Agent who are left the job.
Formulae-No of attrition/(Opening HC+Closing HC)/2*100
Ex-Total HC-20, No of Attrition-1
1/(20(OHC)+19(CHC)/2*100=1.28%
