Hi,
Usvaily i got up around 8'o clock and i drank water and than attamded call of nature after that went to morning walk than took a bath and around 10'clock take breakfast with my family in my family my wife and my dauter because i living ranted and my parants live in my nautive palance. while i take a breakfast i watch the news.after than i read some books related to improve communication, and at 12'clock take a lunch due to around 12:30 my cab comes so till 12:30 i rady my self for go to office and around 1:30 i reach my office .My shift start at 02:30 around 04:30 i take a short tea break and take a tea with my colligs and around 9:00 clock i take dinner with my colligs and after cheat change each other . In my working ours 9 ours my login time and one ours my break , So in office i take a two breaks one time expand is 15 minitus and dinner break is 45 minits , And than exact 11:30 finish my duty and 12'o clock leave my cab and arount 01'pm reached my home after reach i wash my mouth and take a one glass milk and read books . While read book whan i feel i am very sleepy than i heat the seak, So this is my daily routin. thanks.
