As per my experience a support consultant need all the server access like DEV, QAS, & PRD. but in production live system we need only display access for which he can vie the error and he can analyze and test in quality system, if required he can replicate the same issue in quality system.

I have created value contract with order type WK1 in VA41. The target value is 500 USD and the net price is 1000 USD. There was no pop up message or error thrown while saving the contract when the net price exceeded the target value. And the system allowed to save the contract.
