Web Dispatcher is an SAP instance which will be used for below purposes.
1) URL masking
2) accesspts the requests from external SAP system and forwards them to the target SAP message server
3) Web Dispatcher will not do load balancing, but the web dispatcher will be configured to the target message server which will do the load balancing
4) We can block the communication between Target system and other systems by just stopping the web dispatcher.
