can we concate fileds in physical file? If yes how can we
do?

no...concatenation of two/more fields in pf not possible...
if you want to do it...it can be possible with the help of lf(logical file)
example: eid concat(jdate name dept)
here eid created with
3 other fields:
they are
joining date and
name
and dept...
