Where you monitor job ,suppose you got a ticket like when machine shows a job is not run today , can you please check and let me know ,where you want to check this ?

For Job monitoring we have a tcode SM37 , in this tcode we can have a check the jobs which are cancelled , active , released , schedule.
Also we can re-trigger the event via SM64.
