Can we create a report in cognos BI without a Package? i.e.
without framework manager? If so how? I have been asked this
question twice..i think this feature is available in cognos
10 version..not very sure....Could anybody highlight?

Yes we can create a report with the framwork package,
either by sing a SQl query in the report or buy importing
the excel data in the report(only in cognos 10).
