Bank And Bank Branch in R12 are created as parties under the TCA. HZ_Parties
Whereas the bank account are controlled by Cash management.
CE_BANK_ACCOUNTS.
The Bank account is owned by an legal entity (Owner) and within the legal entity we can give access to various operating units.
