what is the d/f b/w normality and molarity and molality..?

Answer Posted / sreenath

Here we have to know about atoms, molecules,
mole....mole(heap) nothing but group of molecules...to
expression of concentration of solution we consider weight
of molecules in a mole.
ex:1 mole of glucose is 180 gr
1 mole of sod. carbonate is 106 gr

MOLARITY:No. of moles of solute (GMW) present in 1 lit or
1000 mL of solvent
NARMALITY: No. of gram equivalent weight(GEW) of solute in
1 lit or 1000 mL of solvent.
MOLALITY:No. of moles of solute (GMW) present in 1KG or 1000
gr of solvent
