HOW to calculate Rate analysis of M15 GRADE DESIGN MIX RATIO
1:2.5:5 WITH 40MM Size aggregates for 1 cumtr.
Answer Posted / mohsin
Using a M15 Grade Ratio is 1:2.5:5 & Quantity Is 1m3
Now Add 1.52% Dry Volume In Total Quantity
So 1*1.52=1.52
1.52/8.5=0.178
0.178/0.03472=5.15 Approximate Cement bags.
Sand=0.178*2.5
=0.44m3
Aggricate=0.178*5
=0.89m3
Cost Of Labour Cost Of Material
--------------- ------------------
Mason- 450rs Cement=220*5.15= 1133 rs
Helper-210*2= 420rs Sand=400*0.44= 198 rs
Bhisti= 180rs Aggricate=620*0.89= 551.8 rs
------------------- --------------------------------
Total rs= 1050 Total Rs = 1882.8 Rs
Now Consider the 10% of total quantity...
And 10% Contractors profits
