Right now I am working in India. I got an offer from a
Company in US and they sponsored for my H1b and my petition
was selected in the random selection. The Company A has
told me to join them only after getting H1b i.e. in Oct'07.
Simultaneously, my current company is filing L1B for me. My
current company will be sending me to US as and when L1B
comes. I don’t want to let go US Company offer which
depends on me getting H1b in Oct. My Question is, papers
for H1b is filed in Apr'07 by US Company, if papers for L1b
will be filed now, what will happen to my L1B and H1B
status? can i ahve both stamped? What will happen to my L1B
if they process now.What i meant was that papers of L1B and
H1b are being processed at the same year?

If you are currently in USA means you can apply for H1B.
If you are in india means that company will not file H1B in
USA.
Please apply for L1B and be prepare for Appointment
interview, u need to convince consulate officer with your
speciliazed skills.

i have been rejected for B-1 visa on 13th jan 2009 now my company wants to apply L-1 visa for me . what will be the right time to apply for it ? is there any time limit in this case?

HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. I have done Diploma in Mechanical engineering. I am going to attend interview for L1 VISA. Earlier I had worked in 3 companies and there was a gap of 6months in between. My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L).
