why we are using in ph calibrations ph4,7,9.2 buuffers only?
Answer Posted / guest
1.Calibrations not limited to 4,7,9.2 it's should cover ur
analysis range i.e. minimum to minimum and higher to higher
( 1.68-12.45)
2.Calibrations buffer pH range 0-14.If the drug choose in
acetic nature so the calibrated pH range 1.68 to 4.00
buffer. If the drug choose in alkali nature the calibrated
pH range 9.2 to 12.45. If the drug choose nutral range the
calibrated pH range 6.86 to 7.0 analysis range i.e.
minimum to minimum and higher to higher
( 1.68-12.45)
3.cause acidic ,neutral,basic
