UPS - ARE USED FOR PROVIDING BACK UP TO SENSITIVE
ELECTRONIC DEVICES SUCH AS COMPUTER,SERVER,SENSORS,MEDICAL
EQUIPMENTS,TELECOMM ETC . REASON BEING UPS PROVIDES POWER
BACK UP WITHIN 1-10 MILI SECONDS.THIS GAP CANNOT BE SENSED
BY ABOVE MENTIONED DEVICES.THRERFORE THE DATA IS NOT LOST
AND IT DOES NOT REQUIRES REBOOTING .
INVERTERS ALSO PROVIDES POWER BACK UP DURING POWER
FAILURES,BUT THE TIME TAKEN FOR PROVING BACK IS 100-400-
MILLI SECONDS.TRANSFER TIME WILL AFFECT THE DEVICES.

Is there a possibility to use such a treshold voltage for the NMOS part of a CMOS circuit that during the switching it will start conducting only after the PMOS part will be already closed, by this eliminating the leakedge current? Please note, I'm not asking about the well bias in standby mode, but about the "antileakedge" measures during normal operation.
