what is the difference between earth and neutral?

Neutral is neccessary for circuit without its not circuit complete but Earth working in circuit abnormal condition like over current short circuit as well as earth for human body and machine protection.

I have 4 busbar of 1000 ampere. we use 4 busbar to make 4000 ampere in one phase.my problem is that when we applied 60% load on that then busbar produced high noise.what is the reason of that and how can i minimize that noise.
