how to caluculate buoyant force in accelerating fluids?

Answer Posted / homles

suppose if the liquid is accelerating upward in the elevator with acceleration 'a' then the weight of bod acts downward i.e mg and the pseudo force with respect to us when we are watching the elevator from outside the pseudo farce is -ma upward or ma downward then the total net force is equal to the buoyant force i.e m(g+a)
and is the reverse case for if the acclerating fluid downwards then the buoyant force is m(g-a)
