Apps Implementation process in terms of cost control,Time
saving & better man management.Thats the reason with having
AIM,it smoothes the entire project in corrective measures.

AIM has got 6 Phases :-

4 Build
5 Transision
6 Prodcution

The major process of AIM Methodlogy are

BP080 - Future Business Model
BR100 - Module Design Application Set Up
TE040 - Test Script Documents
MD050 - Extension Functional Design
CV030 - Conversion Documentation
