FOR SLAB FOR MAIN BAR 3 TIMES THE DIAMETER AND 5 TIMES FOR
DISTRUBUTION BAR, BUT IN THE CASE OF BEAM MAXIMUM SIZE OF
AGGREGATE, AND MINIMUM BARS 2NOS FOR MAIN REINFORCEMENT
