Why business use different sales processes such as Third
party, Individual Purchase Order, Make to order and
Intercompany Sales.
Answer Posted / n k vashisht
every organization provide certain services to it customer in terms of products or servicing on the basis of their standards, But sometimes the requirement arises for which a special process has to be followed.
for example a company produces a product A for its regular client whose production takes 10 day after delivery.
but in case a company picks an order which is so huge and on customer request placed as make to order, the business org will do the best to serve the client. production may be reduced to 5 days and the manufacturing is based on clients standards and guidelines.
so for that company decides to have different process.
same is the case with rush order, cash sales, return order etc. so we have different process to suffice different purpose. hope this is the right answer. suggestion are welcome
