Ramachandran plot gives us idea about the orientation of
free side chain through what angle the orientation would
take place which depend up on the distance between the two
free side chain different aminoacid have different angle of
rotation that is diagramatically represented by ramachandran
the ramachandran plot application is that different
conformational changes in protien coould be known
