HR helps to bridge the gap between employees and management.
The gap will be well bridged if the right kind of people is
recruited in the organisation that is Rigt people at Right
job at Right time. It is a most imp task and requires
dedication and involvement. I can involve myself best in
recruiting people thats why i selected recruitment as my career.
