Compare endonuclease and exonuclease?

Answer Posted / forbiteh

first exonuclease is a type of DNA polymerase mostly it
helps in proofing reading by cutting phosphodiester bonds
at the end of the strand in the case of a mismatched pair.

endonuleases are mosty produced by bacteria mostly for
defense mechansism againsit foreign dna e.g that of a virus
and they cut phosphodiester bonds within the dna strand at
point called restriction sites.
