I am not sure about how SAP B1 works, but i am practicing
SAP BI/BW which is more into modelling, extraction and
reporting.

As i know, ABAP is completely into coding part which
requires step-by-step learning into it, to get into an
position. (May take time to grow yourself as expert)

I recommend, you can try into BI or the SAP B1 which makes
sense in choosing an wise decision for your career forecast.

I assure you, ABAP will be an side learning in BI if you
get into BI and you can excel in BI with ABAP knowledge
added.
