AS IN FIRST YEAR I WILL HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE ABOUT THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED SO I WILL LEARN SO MANY NEW THINGS AND WILL HAVE WHOLE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE WORK AND ORGANISATION.
