What is the basic difference between earthing, ground and
neutral?

in general earthing and neutral is done for ac currents
grounding is for dc currents
in which earthing is used to reduce the short losses like
current shock and over heating of components
where in case of neutral is a common wire or point with
zero potential used as a reference one in connections
